Comments: 17/12/1852: Legal dispute between Coe & Kilby regarding the chartering of AVENGER
Kilby had chartered AVENGER at the rate of £30 per month for a year to provide towage at Liverpool. There was a dispute over payment which was resolved in Coe's favour.
By 1867: Engine removed
